If you are interested in placing an order to ship internationally, reach out to staff@growershouse.com. Here are some stipulations regarding international orders, which differ from how we process domestic orders:

  • Free shipping items only apply to domestic shipments.

  • At the moment, we only have FedEx available as a shipping option; however, we are working to add UPS and DHL. 

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you need to cancel your order, we will refund the product and shipping cost. However, to recoup the duties and taxes, you will need to reach out to your local customs office, and follow the procedure to receive a refund.

  • GrowersHouse is not responsible for shipping costs in the event of warranty issues, damage caused by the shipper, or because the items you ordered are not allowed in the destination country. If we shipped you the wrong item, or there was some other product error, reach out to us at staff@growershouse.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • In some cases, the warranty may be void once the product crosses international borders. Products sold by GrowersHouse have a United States warranty and are warranted by the product's manufacturer and GrowersHouse when used in the United States.

  • Certain products are not available to ship internationally. These products include, but are not limited to, nutrients, soils and insecticides. 

  • Our international orders will ship complete, meaning we will wait until all items are ready to be shipped.

  • If you order something on extended backorder, in other words, it won't be available for 30 days or more, we will cancel that portion of your order, refund the amount, and ship what is available. We need to do this so we can be as accurate as possible with duties and taxes.
