When you place an order, it's important to know a couple things when it comes to how your order will get processed with us, everything from fulfillment to packaging.


Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to fulfill orders that are in stock (at our facility) the same day. If the item's not in stock, you will get communication, if on extended backorder. We'll also present you with some alternative options.


Depending on the size of your order, it may ship in multiple packages. We make every effort to ship as efficiently as possible, to minimize the number of shipments, and packaging waste. 


Occasionally, your order may ship in multiple packages because it's getting fulfilled from multiple warehouses. We do this to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Even if your package ships from another facility, we are still your single point of contact to resolve any post-order issues. 


Packaging

We ship all orders from our facility in discreet packaging. We also request our vendor partners do the same, if we're fulfilling your order direct from their facilities. If a package doesn't arrive in discreet packaging, reach out to us and we will report it to the appropriate party. You can send us a note on Live Chat or via email (staff@growershouse.com).
