Defective Product, No Warranty:  If your product is defective, fill out the return form below. It asks for pictures of the defect (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will review the claim, and provide a replacement product or refund. 


Warranty Claims:  If your product is defective and there is a manufacturer warranty, the warranty will prevail above all else. Below, fill out the defective return form, and include pictures of the defect and product serial numbers. Submitting all the necessary information up front ensures the most efficient processing of the claim.  We will submit the claim to the manufacturer, and update you throughout the process.


If you are unsure if your claim falls under warranty or not, submit the claim as a warranty claim, and we will pull the necessary information to determine whether your defective product is still under warranty.
