In the event a product freezes, the product should be brought back to room temperature. In the case of crystallization from freezing, the product may need to be further warmed, which can be accomplished by placing the sealed container under running hot water. Some agitation, by shaking the bottle, will assist in helping the crystals re-enter the solution. Ideally, the product should be kept in a dry, room temperature environment away from direct sunlight.
Once the product has been thawed, it can be used as directed.
